Friends and UI Improvements

Friends
- Added scrollable lists to the Friends menu.
- Friends lists load earlier and feel more responsive.
- Improved online-status updates and friend-request handling.
Nameplates
- Hovering over players, pets and NPCs now shows their level alongside their name.
HUD
- Press F5 to hide or show the HUD, provided the key is not assigned to another action.
- Press Escape to restore the HUD.
Fixes
- Fixed the voxel editor leaving material cubes and the selector visible after dropping the item being edited.
